Legal
Terms of use
These cover this website and the free slider tool on it. The iPhone app has its own terms, linked at the foot of this page.
What this site is
Before After Video Maker is a publication and a set of free tools, operated by MomentumLab AI Pty Ltd (ABN 72 684 179 646), an Australian company. Using the site means accepting what is on this page.
The slider tool
The before and after slider runs entirely in your browser. We never receive, store or process the photographs you put into it, which also means we cannot recover a file you lose. Save your work as you go.
You keep every right you already had in your own photographs. Using the tool grants us nothing: no licence, no copy, no claim. The image the tool produces is yours, for any purpose including commercial ones, with no watermark and no attribution requirement.
You are responsible for having the right to use the photographs you put into it. That matters most where a person is identifiable: a client, a patient or a member of the public. Get their permission before you post a pair of them, in writing where your trade or your regulator expects it.
The guides and the catalogue
The written guides are general information, not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. Where a guide touches advertising rules or client consent, it is a starting point and not a substitute for checking the current policy that applies to you.
The template catalogue documents a third-party product, our own iPhone app, and is generated from that app's shipped build. Templates, prices, limits and features can change with any release. Where this site and the app disagree, the app is right.
You may quote and link to anything here with attribution. You may not republish pages wholesale or scrape the catalogue to rebuild it elsewhere.
The app is governed separately
Purchases, subscriptions, the free tier's limits, advertising and everything else inside the iPhone app fall under the app's own terms, published at momentumlab.ai/terms, and under Apple's terms for the App Store. Subscriptions are billed and cancelled through your Apple account, not through this website.
No warranty, and the limits of our liability
The site and the tool are provided as they are. We do not warrant that either will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using them. Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Questions, complaints and takedown requests: [email protected], or see the contact page.
